Research & Framework Design
I run a one-person company with two business lines: building small software products and creating social media content.
I want to manage both using an AI agent team. Before taking action, research how others structure similar person AI companies. Summarize the best workflows, roles, and lessons you find, with sources.
For now, do not write code, create agents, or modify any files.

Setting Up the Product Development Department
Set up my AI product-development team in this project.
You are the CEO in the main Codex task. Create:
- AGENTS.md with the CEO's responsibilities and workflow
- .codex/agents/coder.toml for a coder named Builder
- .codex/agents/reviewer.toml for an independent reviewer named Auditor
The CEO should:
- discuss and improve my idea before implementation
- confirm the plan with me
- delegate implementation to Builder
- send the completed work to Auditor
- return specific review findings to Builder
- repeat the fix-and-review loop until tests pass
- give me a final summary and wait for my approval
Builder may modify project files and run relevant tests.
Auditor must be read-only. It should review correctness, security, regressions, edge cases, and missing tests. It must report specific findings with file references and must not fix the code itself.
Do not deploy, publish, purchase anything, delete important data, or modify a live system without my explicit approval.
For now, create only these team-configuration files. Do not modify the product itself. Afterward, show me what you created and explain how I can test the workflow."

Setting Up the Content Creation Department
Add a content creation department to my existing AI team.
Create two project agents:
- Editor: drafts social media posts and improves video scripts.
- Graphic Designer: creates thumbnails, illustrations, simple charts, and minimal video graphics using available skills.
Update AGENTS.md so the CEO delegates content tasks to these agents and returns their work to me for approval. Never publish anything without my permission.
For now, create only the configuration files, then show me what changed.
